1. What we collect

  • Account — your email address, your chosen username, and a hashed form of your password. We never store the password itself.
  • Sessions — a hashed session identifier, plus the IP address and browser user agent of each sign-in, so you can see and revoke your active sessions.
  • Billing — your plan, its status and renewal date, and the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

2. What we do not collect

Anything you set up inside a panel. Your panel content and settings are saved by your own browser on your own device and are never transmitted to us. We could not produce them if we were asked to, because we do not have them.

Panels are simulations and connect to no live service, so there is no bank, wallet, exchange or platform account for us to access, and we never ask you to link one. We do not collect card numbers, and we do not sell personal data.

3. Why we hold it

To run your account and keep you signed in, to give you the access you paid for, to save your panel setups, and to answer your support messages. We hold it on the basis of performing our contract with you.

4. Who we share it with

Only the processors that make the service work: Stripe for payments, our hosting and database providers for storage and delivery, and our email provider for account messages such as verification and password resets. Each receives only what it needs. We also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Account data for as long as your account exists. Panel contents are held only by your browser, so they last until you clear that site data. Sessions expire and are removed automatically. Records of payments are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after an account is deleted.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email support@larptools.app and we will action it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and the service does not work without it.
