1. What LarpTools is

LarpTools provides simulated dashboard interfaces (“panels”). A panel is a self-contained visual simulation. It does not connect to any live service, hold or move funds, or access any real account. Every value displayed is one you entered.

LarpTools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any company whose interface a panel may resemble. All third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Your account

You need an account to use a paid panel. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. One account is for one person or one organisation; do not share credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan.

3. Acceptable use

Panels are for creative, demonstration, educational and production use. You may not use them to:

  • defraud, deceive or obtain money, goods, services or credit from anyone;
  • impersonate a real person, business or financial institution;
  • induce anyone to invest, transfer funds or enter a transaction;
  • fabricate evidence of income, assets or payment for a lender, landlord, employer, court, insurer or government body;
  • harass, threaten or extort;
  • break any law that applies to you.

We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of this section, without refund, and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. The lifetime plan is a single payment with no renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices may change, but a change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a renewal at a new price.

5. Refunds

If a panel does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it. Because access is granted immediately and in full, we do not otherwise refund a period you have already had access to. Nothing here limits a refund right you have under the law where you live.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Panels are added, updated and occasionally retired. If we retire a panel that was a material part of what you paid for, we will tell you in advance.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for how you use the output of a panel — that is your responsibility, and section 3 sets out what is not permitted.
